The REAL problem with Chick-fil-A

This has been one crazy week, hasn't it? I have pretty much tried to avoid commentary about all of it except for in conversation with family and friends. I love a good debate but not on Facebook or Twitter.  There are just too many friends that I love and I don't want to debate. Besides, I have some views that the majority of my friends would not agree with so we just won't go there....today.

You want to know what the real problem with Chick-fil-A is? They changed the dadgum brownie recipe. Cathy loves those Chick-fil-A brownies and they changed the recipe in the middle of Chickengate. Why did they do that? What in the world was wrong with the old recipe? At our local Chick-fil-A, there were people all over the place protesting, supporting, marching, holding signs, eating Meal #2 with Diet Lemonade, which is my favorite. But my wife is protesting the brownie recipe.

Perhaps you have seen the video of the little boy who was dressed like a zombie and a reporter asked him a question about being a zombie and he said "I like tuttles." (turtles) If not, Google "I like turtles video."  Well, with all the media surrounding Chick-fil-A, a reporter asked my wife where she stood on the big controversy and she said "I like the old brownies."  I sure hope that doesn't make YouTube. If they would have asked me, I would have said "I wrote a book" or "I like running."

OK, I lied, she didn't really do that but you liked the visual, didn't you?

Hey, hey ho ho, the new brownie recipe has to go.
